Fine Watch Guide

Frequently asked questions

What is Fine Watch Guide?

A guide to watchmakers, restorers, dealers, appraisers and auction houses, tagged by the brands they know and the work they do, plus a calendar of watch auctions, fairs and collector meetups.

How do I find a shop?

Use Browse to search by shop name, city, or state, then narrow by brand and service. Every result links to a full shop page with contact details, address and directions.

What does the “Verified” badge mean?

We confirm a shop's existence, specialties, and contact details before it earns the badge. It's the trust signal that separates a real specialist from an unverified entry.

Is it free to be listed?

Yes, and nobody can pay for a higher position. If we're missing a shop you know, suggest it on List your shop.

How do I claim my shop?

Go to List your shop, fill in the claim form, and we'll confirm you run the shop before updating its hours, photos and services.

Do you sell watches or take a cut of repairs?

No. We don't sell watches, broker sales, or take commission on any service. You deal with the shop directly.

Something is wrong: a shop closed or the hours are off.

Let us know through the contact page and we'll update or remove the listing.
